Room Comfort and Cleanliness: Guests frequently highlighted clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding were a recurring positive detail. Bathrooms were described as modern and spacious.

I checked in via the Bonvoy app on May 9 for a May 10-11 stay and indicated an early arrival of 1pm (note: I am aware the check-in time for this property is 4pm and did not actually expect to get an early check-in). We asked about check-in while dropping off luggage at 2:15pm and were told that rooms were still not available. Ultimately, we checked back in with the front desk at 6:45pm and were told that our room was still not ready. They took my phone number and said I would be contacted when the room was ready, claiming it should be soon; I told the front desk staff that we would wait at the bar. At 7:55pm--still not having been contacted by staff regarding the room--we went back to the front desk to inquire and was told that our room was now ready. We were in our room by 8pm at the earliest. The only acknowledgment of the situation we received was a verbal "sorry", and there was no offer of compensation at the time in the form of food, drink, or points. This is not the standard I've come to expect from my stays at other Marriott properties, where even minor inconveniences have been met with more care. The stay was so underwhelming that we were out by 8am the next morning. After following up with Marriott, the hotel offered compensation of 3000 points, which I find insufficient. After a month of follow-up because Marriott/the hotel wasn't proactive in following up with me, I was told that the hotel considers this matter closed. I won't be staying here again.

Have stayed here before approx 10 yrs ago. Was a great property. This trip, initial room I checked in smelled of mold and air conditioning was inoperable. The 2nd room also smelled, but tolerable. However carpeting had not been vacuumed. Upon taking a shower, noticed bathroom floors were dirty and hand long strands of hair all over the floor. Won’t stay again unless there is a MAJOR Reno!
